But All Leaders are Readers. — H. S. Truman
I had a request from a friend for a list of books that I recommend for those interested in moving themselves in a positive direction. I love these books and go back to them again and again. So here are my picks for good classic reading.
If you have not heard of these volumes before, I recommend you check them out. And, if you have not read them in the last good while, I would recommend picking one of them up and reacquainting yourself with the wisdom in these publications.
Most of the books and videos I am suggesting here do not need to be purchased. This follows along with my philosophy of paying only pennies what others pay for this information. So have a good look around in online libraries and such to get most of my recommendations for free.
I give these in no particular order, but, I saved the best for last.
“The Millionaire Next Door,” by Thomas Stanley and William Danko.
This book has been around since the mid-1990s, but what a great book. I quote from it often; if you have not already picked that up from my posts. When I first read the book I said, “Hey, this is a book about me.”
